Refund policy

Returns:

If you are unhappy in anyway with your goods you may send them back for a full refund please email us moorings@hotmail.co.uk to arrange.

The goods must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition unworn, undamaged, unmarked, odour free and with the original labels attached and in pristine condition and each garment in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt to request a full refund.

When trying on a garment please make sure you do not remove any tags nor wash before trying on and that you are not wearing make-up which may in any way result in the above list of damages.

We are unable to refund any garment which is damaged as above or shows signs of wear.

Exchange.

Please email us to arrange moorings@hotmail.co.uk All returns for exchanges are dealt with on the same working day of receipt.

Refunds.

Upon receiving the goods returned in satisfactory re-saleable condition we will issue the refund within 3 working days of receipt (Monday/Saturday), and you will see the credit on your card after 3 or 4 working days.

Although we issue the credit straight away it takes this length of time to work its way through the banking system.

A refund will show on your card under our company name: Moorings Knitwear

Please ensure that you wrap the package securely,For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a signed Delivery service please note Royal Mail recorded delivery only insures the goods up to £39.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.

Except where the goods you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. All initial postage and packaging costs will be retained by the seller.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
